I don’t know about you but I’m excited by this.

At last Bearly Books has come together after many years of prevarication and procrastination.  G’Day Darren, remember when we sat around the table in the sun room drinking coffee and discussing how we could do this?  Well here it is, not much different to the way we envisioned it all those years ago.

It’s an interesting thing that I recently found a web page mock-up I did during one of those interminably dull meetings that we all have to sit through.

Surprisingly there is not a lot of difference between that mock-up and the current look of Bearly Books.  I don’t know if that says more about me being too dammned stubbon or too artistically challenged to come up with anything different or if it shows that I was pretty much on the money back then.

What I am planning from now is to populate the catalog with PLR books, freebies from various sources, the books I, and others in my family, have written so that there is at leaast some content getting in the catalog to demonstrate how it will all look.

Over time I am pretty hopeful that I will be able to remove or at least shove sideways all of that content as more and more user submitted content is uploaded.  I don’t want this to becomejust a repositry for my stuff.
