Yes it’s true, I have actually completed the first draft of the How to antenna book.

Mr Bearlys Guide to Wire Antennas is on-line here so you can download it and see exactly how bad a first draft can be.

However, I’m still ahead of you.  I have completed it, a little late I will admit but I have still written it.

The next step is to not look at it for a while so I can let it settle and give myself some distance from the actual writing.

The next step is to do the proofing of the writing.  Sometimes it’s a really good idea to pay a professional proof reader to tidy up your book.  The cost will vary depending on the proof reader and the starting quality of your book. 

Often it isn’t a good idea to let friends and relatives proof it because they often won’t be quite as ruthlessly honest as a professional will be.

No matter what you do need to leave this alone for a while.  We can’t do that for too long because I want to get this published by February 2011.

You can still catch up but you better get writing.

On a slightly different subject I found a website of great interest to me and possibly of interest to you.

You do want to make money from your writing don’t you?  Have a look at this site and get paid for your writing or even proof reading do your due diligence on this but it looks quite good.

I’m not sure that I would believe the claims of income but I haven’t tried this as yet so I would appreciate any feedback that you can give me.
